I was wonderin today if I could access and update my blog from my Wii. Well after an hour of uninstalling my nintendo wi-fi program. Then reinstalling it, then running up and down my stairs trying to get everything working right, only to find out that the USB port the wi-fi was plugged into wasn’t working properly, I’m proud to say it works. I am typing this blog from fhe comfort of my living room, with my 6 month old basset hound sitting on my lap. Boy let me telk you, it was not worth the effort. Typing this much using the wiimote is pretty frustrating. At least now I got the wii connected to the wide wide world of web again.
The wii has some pretty cool apps that you can download onto it, like a global weather map. Basically you can click anywhere on the globe and see what the forecast is going to be there. There is also a news program that lets you look at top stories in various catagories. There seems to be at least one story a week on how poorly the PS3 is doing. Not sure if that is deliberate or not.

Now if Nintendo is smart, they will make a keyboard for the wii, and then maybe all my blogs will be made from it.

I hear the DS browser is coming out soon. I’ll have to try blogging from there when it does.
